Resolving Your Hold
Certain holds may prevent you from enrolling, including Orientation, Advising, Academic Standing, Bursar, Financial Aid, Transcript, Immunization, or Dean of Students Office.
Each hold must be resolved directly with the office that placed it, as listed in Student Admin.
Holds can only be lifted by the originating office and must be cleared before you are able to enroll.
Be sure to review your holds well in advance of your “Pick Time” to allow enough time for resolution.

Advising & Academic Standing
- ALL Enrollment & Other Services Blocked: Balance due,
- ENR Enrollment Restricted: Advising Required
- ENT Enrollment & Transcript Restricted
- EOD/ASH Academic Standing Hold: Mandatory Actions Required
- TRN Academic Transcript Restricted: Owes Balance
Orientation
- ENR Enrollment Restricted (NEWFT New First Year/Transfer)
- All new students will have this hold prior to meeting with their advisor. The hold will be lifted on the day of your scheduled advising time.
“You have already attended orientation and registered for classes – You will be able to make adjustments to your class schedule once the add/drop period has begun”
Student Health and Wellness (SHaW)
- ENR Enrollment Restricted: Immunizations Required, AlcoholEDU
Other Holds
- ISP International Services & Programs: Student Check-in Needed, Mandatory Orientation Required
- Dean of Students
- Sexual Harassment Training Hold
